Passionate
I am very passionate about everything that I do. This stems from my faith and my life verse Colossians 3:23. I desire to do everything to the best of my ability. I actually played tennis for ten years at a very high level. The reason I was able to play (and have success) for that long was because I was passionate about the game. I had a strong desire to get better every day. I view this passion the same way in my professional career. I am constantly pouring my heart and soul into my work and trying to continually improve.
Joyful
I am a very joyful person, which stems from my faith as well. I love putting a smile on other people's faces. It is difficult for me not to smile when around others. I have joy bringing joy into other peoples lives. If you were to ask my friends about me, they would say I am always smiling and looking to encourage others. This is true in business and negotiations as well. The best business deals are win-win situations that both parties are excited about.
Servant
I am a servant, which also stems from my faith. I believe that it is paramount to put others as more important than yourselves. My fraternity does service early every Saturday morning and goes on a mission trip for the first few days of Spring Break each year. This manual labor that we do is one of my favorite things because we are able to invest our time and bodies into something that is much bigger than ourselves.
